  38. Open CD titled "Voyager 2000", double click on the 
  39. "Voyager" icon to start.  
  40.  
  41. Windows:
  42. Open CD titled "Voyager 2000", double click on the 
  43. "Voyager.exe" icon to start.

  47. [C] Known Issues
  48. -------------------------------------------------------------
  49. Problem:  After starting the program the screen stays black for an
  50.                 extended period of time.
  51.  
  52. Platform: Both
  53.  
  54. Solution:  Sometimes the program will search on the network for 
  55.                Adobe Acrobat Reader.  The workaround is to log off or
  56.                disconnect from your network and restart the program.
  57.                Also try to rebuild the desktop on the Mac version.  This
  58.                has been known to help.
  59.  
  60. Problem:  The sound sometimes does not play smoothly.
  61.  
  62. Platform: Both
  63.  
  64. Solution:  This is a performance issue.  There will be glitches or
  65.                sometimes drop-outs in the sound when the program
  66.                is accessing other information from the CD-ROM.
  67.                This problem is more pronounced on slower machines.
  68.

  70. Problem:  The program does not quit property.
  71.  
  72. Platform: Mactintosh
  73.  
  74. Solution: There is a conflict between ATM light and the CD-ROM 
  75.                program.  Remove ATM light and install ATM deluxe
  76.                should alleviate the problem.

  79. Problem:  The program does not print, but gives an error message.

  81. Platform: Windows

  83. Solution: If you have the Acrobat Distiller installed, close the Distiller
  84.                and try again.  If you are still having problem with the
  85.                print function, either uninstall Acrobat Distiller or download 
  86.                the file and print it later with Acrobat Reader or Acrobat.

  89. Problem:  The volume adjustment does not work.
  90.  
  91. Platform: Windows

  93. Solution:  If the computer's master sound control is muted, you 
  94.                must turn the mute off before starting the program.

  96.                The program will not be able to control certain sound
  97.                cards.
